According to the  book published by  late Royal Pandith Kirielle Ghanawimale thero, the only Ematiyagode and Maduwanwela walawwa’s   are the presently existing   mansions, constructed by war Heroes with the  copper tiles awarded as royal endowment.

The writer has ended  the book with saying that “ At last there is nothing eternal,   I started writing this book to pay gratitude to the  pet dog “Joe” who lived almost ten years with me, day and night near my feet except  during drown sleepiness or  engaging in activity with  others  which died  on 24th October 1967,  and to reduce my mental  agony and to focus mind to something else. That was the same reason I was able to complete this book”.

The respected Thero also mentioned in the same book that “ Now Joe is also neither existing  nor it’s farther senior Jor is living. The defeaters who were killed by the Sinhalese Army and War heroes  who were appreciated and endowed by the late King Keerthi Sri Rajasinghe are also not existing. The mansions  built by worriers  are also not existed except  two mansions. Moreover the about 75,000 acres  of land proclaimed  to them were  partly encroached  by the villagers or partly acquired  by the Government. Therefore descendants of the great worriers have nothing to be entertained . Their generations are also diminishing, confirming that,non-breakable and  nor eternal thing is existed in the universe. What is saved only the good  things done to the world.

“ Sankatha Dharma ma Nichcha Manaththan Jathi Jara Chuthi Rogha nikethan”

“ Bandhamiman bhahu Dukka sabhawan, thampi pahaya sichan upa gache thi”

Those great worriers who served the nation by  destroying Katuwana – Matara Forts and we all  should be proceeding to the same destination”.
